bought Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey (Double Rich Chocolate) from Noon expecting a fully authentic, premium product.

What I received was disappointing and raises serious concerns.

First, there is no QR code or scratch/verification code on the product for authenticity check. For a brand like Optimum Nutrition, this is a big red flag because genuine products usually include clear verification methods depending on region. This immediately makes the customer question the source and handling of the product.

Second, the taste and quality feel off compared to what this product is known for globally. The flavour is not rich and the overall experience does not match the standard expected from ON whey isolate.

Even though the packaging looks normal, without verification and with inconsistent quality, it is hard to feel confident about what is inside.

At this price point, customers are paying for trust, authenticity, and consistency — and this purchase does not deliver that confidence.

Noon should seriously improve supplier verification and ensure products include proper authenticity checks so customers are not left with doubts about what they consume.
