GNC Return and Refund Policy (3 Days)

Thank you for choosing GNC! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy within 3 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

• You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
• Items without original packaging

Return Process:

1. Contact our Customer Service team via email at customerservice@gnc-mena.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. In your email, please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item.
3. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
4. Please note that a fixed fee of AED 40 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Refund Information:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow up to 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

• We are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time.
